Five multi-purpose threshers were turned-over by SMB to the Cotabato – Davao Del Sur Federation of Cooperatives to augment the farmers income.	SMB employee volunteers are heavily involved in the preservation of the environment.
SMB´s Community Scholarship Program includes under writing matriculation fees and provides stipends and book allowances for underprivileged but deserving youths.	The project, dubbed as the "SMB Community Clinic" signifies the Company's commitment to help the Department of Health's services program through an off-site clinic.
